Note that we advised the client to rename the holding company, Devoted Daddy, Inc. after hearing how the father was inspired by the near-death choking incident of his daughter on a traditional outlet cap. This new holding company name allowed Safety Caps to be treated as a sub-brand, making way for future product line extensions.
