Champlain College (Online Courses)

Champlain College’s Continuing Professional Studies (CPS) retained us after having suffered a five year decline in online education enrollments. While this decline was the result of many factors, the division remained largely indistinguishable from the base brand college, requiring, essentially a “relaunch”.

Northwestern Medical Center (Diagnostic Imaging)

To gain leverage over FAHC, senior management identified areas where NMC could suggest competitive advantage and found that patients were experiencing long wait times for MRIs at FAHC. In contrast, the wait time for an MRI was much shorter at NMC.

Northwestern Medical Center (Recruitment)

Continuing staffing shortages throughout the fiscal year 2007/2008 led NMC to spend over a half million dollars in salaries for traveling hospital staff, a large sum for the small hospital. Management identified this as an area of focus in the next year.
