Ever since the introduction of a new healthcare system in Vermont, benefits providers have been scrambling to adapt. Hickok & Boardman Benefits has recognized this challenge, and with the help of Brandthropology, developed a clever way to market their solutions.
By framing the obstacles of the new healthcare system as a game, we were able to convey the value proposition of Hickok & Boardman in a fun and engaging manner through “Healthopoly”. Community Chest cards highlighted the pitfalls of the current system, while Chance cards proposed solutions available through Hickok & Boardman’s group benefits branch. Property cards represented specific benefits of being in a captive insurance program, and dice served as a reminder of the risk that comes with administrating through the new health insurance systems.
